During the manufacture process, we supply top-tier materials, specifically Birch and Plywood, which offer robust structural support. Presently, our manufacturing operations involve a workforce of 300 skilled artisans proficient in woodworking techniques.

Creating SlimEdge™ cabinets is an exceedingly demanding task. The designer at Cabinets and More invested several months in meticulous design efforts, repeatedly refining the original plans through multiple iterations. The process proved to be exceptionally arduous.

Our finishing team meticulously allocates their time to apply precise detailing with brushes in order to trim every corner. Each trimming is done by hand and carried out by skilled artisans to address every detail with utmost precision. Furthermore, we prioritize that our finishers invest their time to deliver the highest possible quality to our customers.

During the assembly process, our technicians perform a thorough inspection of the final product before it is delivered to our customers. Any items that show signs of damage are subjected to meticulous examination to rectify any issues prior to customer pick-up.

Each of our cabinets is meticulously constructed simultaneously to ensure that every product is completed at the very end. This approach guarantees that all the products receive the same finishing touches, resulting in superior quality across the board.

Upon the completion of the coating and finishing processes, we undertake a comprehensive procedure to ensure that all materials are fully packaged and undergo a secondary inspection. Our packaging process entails dedicated support for each edge, with visible labeling on the exterior of the packages. Furthermore, we offer assembly services, scanning, and efficient delivery once all processes are finalized. Once the readiness criteria are met, we directly load all orders into a container, ensuring the secure and timely delivery of our customers’ orders.
